Author Bio
SANDRA NYE, JD and  JOEL PRIMES, JD  - Sandra Nye is an attorney and former practicing social worker who concentrates on law related to health, mental health, and social service delivery.  A graduate of the University of Chicago, she received her law degree from De Paul University and her MSW from Loyola University School of Social Work.  She has taught at the University of Illinois Abraham Lincoln School of Medicine in Chicago, Northwestern Medical School, and the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.

Joel Primes, JD graduated from Santa Clara Law School in 1968. Upon graduation he commenced employment with the California Department of Justice, Office of Attorney General. His specialty is administrative law, with most of his cases involving the medical, dental and chiropractic professions.
